If you are not satisfied with your subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team within 15 days of the original charge.
How to request a refund: Contact [email protected] with your order details and reason for refund within the 15-day window.
Refunds beyond the 15-day period are not available except as required by law. We comply with all applicable consumer protection regulations.
Under EU/UK consumer regulations, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" right on distance contracts. Your statutory rights will not be diminished by our refund policy.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, we will not attempt to exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived.
How subscription renewals work
Subscriptions automatically renew annually or monthly based on selected plan and renewal period, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We will notify you of upcoming renewals and any price changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
Payment will be charged at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Terms for promotional offers and discounts
Promotional prices are valid only during the specified promotional period as advertised.
After promotional period expiry or upon renewal, regular pricing applies unless another promotional offer is actively used.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Terms and conditions of each promotion will be clearly communicated at the time of offer.
